Eleni Stavrinidou receives ERC Starting Grant

The European Research Council (ERC) Starting Grants are designed to support excellent young researchersat the career stage at which they are starting their own independent research team or programme. This year, WWSC member Eleni Stavrinidous is one of the 14 Swedish researchers (397 in EU) who receives the grant.

Eleni Stavrinidous’ research at Linköping University has resulted in a number of high-profile breakthroughs and publications. Recently, in the autumn of 2021, she and her research team got living, productive bean plants to store energy.
