Treesearch and WWSC virtual conference
With the spread of the new coronavirus we are all facing a new situation, where among other things scientific conferences and meetings are being cancelled widely.
Treesearch and WWSC want to contribute to keeping the scientific discussion going by offering a virtual conference series, with two seminars per week.
The seminars are being live-streamed at Treesearch’s YouTube channel on Tuesdays at 10.15 and Thursdays 13.15.

Wallenberg Wood Science Center (WWSC) is Sweden’s largest research initiative in the area of new materials from wood. The center started in 2009 with the aim to develop new materials from Sweden’s forests as a complement to traditional uses, such as timber and paper.
In the current period (2019 – 2028), the funding of the center is more than 700 MSEK, of which Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation is supporting the center with up to 400 MSEK.
